A proper bike fit is important for every rider whether casual or racing. It insures a comfortable experience, increases performance, and also prevents injury. The way we approach bike fits is case by case, no two fits are alike. We will assess the type of riding you want to do, the limitations of your body due to flexibility, injury, leg length discrepancy, ect. Below is a quick glimpse into what goes into a bike fit but far from everything that is considered. These are the 3 contact points between you and your bike that are crucial to comfort.
Bike fits are by appointment only, Monday through Friday at 10am. They usually take around 2 hours to complete and cost $150.

Cleat PositionCleats are adjusted based on measurements of your feet. Adjustments include fore, aft, angle, lateral, wedging, and shimming as needed.

Saddle PositionSaddles are adjusted for proper height, fore, aft, tilt. A saddle that is uncomfortable pre fit may work in the end after proper adjustments are made.

Handlebar PositionStem height, angle, and length are adjusted. Handlebar width, shape, and tilt are adjusted. Shifters are moved on the bar to be in a comfortable position and the reach adjusted to the brake levers as necessary.
